Such a cozy hotpot place! Came here with my boyfriend and loved the homey vibe! We both got the (~20) 3 meats combo (any sort of meat and fish fillet) and this includes a complimentary vegetable platter which fills one up already! It's not AYCE but each additional side dish is around ~$3-5. We also got the winter melon tea which was so refreshing! Service was excellent and will be coming back again :)

Been here a gazillion times. Basic hot pot/shabu shabu whatever people wanna call it. Very basic but will hit the spot when you don't wanna go somewhere that's packed with tourists and wannabe influencers and all that.

Friendly staff. Spacious. This is not a buffet. I just love the fact they have set meals so I don't really have to think to order. They also give you a stamp card at the end. I forgot, how many times until the time they subtract $30 from the check.

The staffs are attentive and helpful. I would say the customer service is pretty great. As for the food, I order house chicken broth. The taste is like typical chicken soup that I usually see at most hotpot places. If you are a fan of chicken broth, go for it. I love it. I order lamp and chicken slices, scallops, and squids, which are very fresh. The potion is small and good enough for one person. (If you go with your friend, you might want to consider the set menu or the platter.) I also order Chinese cabbage (which is also really fresh and taste juicy). It would be great if the cabbage is cut into smaller pieces. I have some trouble boiling them. There are various sauces ( you can also mix as you would) that you can choose from. Their original bubble tea also tastes delicious. The drink is not too sweet and just perfect. Considering the restaurant's main menu is not bubble tea, I could tell they put a lot of effort into creating the drink. The price is also reasonable. Overall, I have a great experience there. I would definitely come back.

Great place to fulfill my hotpot cravings. This is a simple, minimal frills, straightforward hotpot place. Soup base is basic chicken broth, but they do offer other options. I love their sauce bar. Their house soy sauce is really good. Veggies are clean and fresh, meats and fish are good too. Service is quick and they refill your pot when they see it getting low on soup. Would definitely come back when I want a simple hot pot experience.

We visited for the first time in a long time. Prices went up, and they started to charge sauce station fees. However, it is still cheap eats for Shabu Shabu. Also, the location is outside of Flushing, and a parking lot is conveniently in the rear. Thanks to my friend for introducing me to this restaurant long ago. Owners are always friendly and nice.

Hot pot restaurants are as prevalent as bubble tea shops in Asian neighborhoods. For those that want to avoid the traffic in downtown Flushing, there is Fukuoka Shabu Shabu in Oakland Gardens. Ambience: this is a small mom and pop restaurant. With that said, don't expect the multimillion dollar interior designs and atmosphere as some of the larger and more upscale hot pots you will find in downtown Flushing. The tables have built in slots for the hotpots to avoid accidental spilling, otherwise, the interior looks like any other local Chinese restaurant (I.e. not a takeout). Food: the food is formulaic with any other hot pot experience...pick a broth, pick a protein, get some free veggies, order some extra dishes, get some sauce, drop food in broth to cook, eat, repeat. Since we are cooking unseasoned meats and veggies,it really comes down to the broth and the variety and quality of the ingredients. Fortunately, Fukuoka has a large selection of meats and seafood. TL/DR: if you are in Long Island and you are in the mood for some good hotpot and can forgo the ambience (and price tag) of the more upscale hotpots in Flushing, give Fukuoka a shot. Your tummy will thank you later.

Had a great girls night on a cold cold December night. We got 1 combination of 2 fatty beef and 1 lean beef, which came with a lot of veggies. For the soup, we all got the spicy herb soup (don't remember the exact name). We also ordered udon noodles. 1 order of combination meat was enough for us 3. Everything was delicious! Cannot wait to come back in on another cold night

Went here with my sister on a Friday night for a spur of the moment hot pot night because the traffic to flushing was INSANE! We were really excited to find a shabu shabu place so close to home with such good reviews! When we entered, we saw this was a quaint little hot pot shop with limited seating but a fabulous amount of menu options and extras (like fresh juices!!!). We both got the spicy broth (they serve individual pots!) and ordered fish, fatty beef, and an array of veggies. They also had a lovely open sauce bar conveniently located in the middle of the restaurant with a plethora of sauce options! Overall it was a lovely experience, and I'm so glad something like this exists so close to home for those last minute hot pot cravings, and the price point is low enough that it isn't as expensive as some of the flushing spots. Solid spot, and will go back for sure!!
